Our 15-minute live virtual appearance lets your guests connect one-on-one (as a group) with the driver before race weekend. Whether it’s for education, inspiration, or entertainment—this is an experience they won’t forget.
What’s Included:
15-Minute Live Virtual Session – Interactive Q&A, storytelling, and fan engagement with our pro driver
20 Autographed Hero Cards – Signed and mailed after your event
20 Official Team Decals – For your guests, students, or attendees to show their support
How It Works:
A team rep will contact you after booking to schedule your session (typically Tues–Thurs, race week)
A private video link (Zoom or similar) will be provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
We'll help you prep the group and can even send a short promo video ahead of the call to build excitement
Terms & Conditions:
Cost: $500 per group session (ideal for up to 50 attendees)
Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time
Contingent on event schedule, weather, and racing obligations
If the driver becomes unavailable, we will reschedule or issue a full refund
Hero cards and decals will be shipped post-event to one central address provided by the group organizer

The Vision at Earl’s Speedway – Outpaced the field in one of the most competitive dirt track showdowns ever in 2022.
