This is your chance to connect fans and customers with the world of racing—up close and personal.
Package Includes:
Driver + One Crew Member – Uniformed and ready to represent the team
45-Minute Appearance Window – Ideal for autographs, Q&A, photos, and interaction
Round-Trip Local Logistics for the driver and one guest to/from the event site
100 Autographed Hero Cards – Pre-signed and ready to hand out to attendees
Additional 200 Unsigned Hero Cards – Leave-behinds for lasting impact
Please Note: This Package Does Not Include
Audio/Visual Equipment (e.g. mic, sound system, PA) – Client must provide
Security or crowd control – Client must manage based on expected attendance
MC or Interviewer – We’re happy to participate if provided
To ensure a smooth and impactful appearance, please submit the following details no later than 7 days before the event:

Type of Appearance (e.g. meet-and-greet, customer appreciation, educational)
Audience Description (e.g. employees, customers, students, patients, general public)
Any Media or Sponsor Exposure Plans (if applicable)
Terms & Conditions:
Cost: $3,500 flat rate (within 50 miles of the race venue or hotel)
Free Cancellation up to 14 days prior to event
Subject to Availability – Appearance is contingent on race schedule and track/series obligations
A signed appearance agreement will be required upon booking
Travel beyond 50 miles or requiring extended availability may incur additional charges (quoted on request)
