What We Need from You (Submit at Least 7 Days in Advance):

• Event Location & Time – Full address and point of contact onsite

• Staging Instructions – Where to park/display the hauler and car (size: 50–70 ft clearance)

• Permission on Car Movement – Can we start the engine or push the car during the event?

• Driver Role Expectations – What should they do: sign autographs, speak, pose for media, etc.?

• Audience Description – Who’s attending? (Customers, employees, students, fans, etc.)

Terms & Conditions:

• Cost: $25,000 flat rate (within 75 miles of the race venue or hotel)

• Free Cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled appearance

• Contingent on Race Schedule and Series Commitments – Booking subject to team availability

• A formal appearance agreement will be required to confirm

• Travel outside of standard range or multi-car displays quoted upon request
