What You Must Provide in Advance:

＜span style="font-size: 10.5pt"＞Type of Appearance (e.g. meet-and-greet, customer appreciation, educational)
＜span style="font-size: 10.5pt"＞Audience Description (e.g. employees, customers, students, patients, general public)
＜span style="font-size: 10.5pt"＞Any Media or Sponsor Exposure Plans (if applicable)

Terms & Conditions:
＜span style="font-size: 10.5pt"＞Cost: $750 flat rate (within 50 miles of the race venue or hotel)
＜span style="font-size: 10.5pt"＞Free Cancellation up to 14 days prior to event
＜span style="font-size: 10.5pt"＞Subject to Availability – Appearance is contingent on race schedule and track/series obligations
＜span style="font-size: 10.5pt"＞A signed appearance agreement will be required upon booking
＜span style="font-size: 10.5pt"＞Travel beyond 50 miles or requiring extended availability may incur additional charges (quoted on request)
