Day-Of Details:
Meet-Up Location: Will be determined based on the event schedule and announced race day morning
You’ll be contacted via email and/or text by a team representative with final instructions
Appearances are generally scheduled before qualifying or final prep, depending on the series and track rules
Important Terms & Conditions:
Cost: $50 per person (must be registered in advance)
Groups limited to 10 fans per session to ensure a personal, quality experience
Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to the event
Contingent on weather, race schedule, and series/track obligations
If the rider becomes unavailable due to race-day requirements, a full refund will be issued
A valid email and phone number are required at checkout for race-day contact
